We share your data with the following third parties only where necessary:

• Netlify — our website hosting provider receives form submissions. Netlify is based in the US and operates under standard contractual clauses. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — your browser may connect to Google's servers to load fonts used on this site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your communication is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers or data brokers.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Booking enquiries that don't result in a repair: deleted within 30 days.
• Completed repairs: customer name, contact details and repair record kept for 2 years (to honour the 90-day warranty and resolve any disputes), then securely deleted.
• WhatsApp messages: retained on the device until manually deleted by us.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, including:

• Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted)
• Access to booking data is restricted to the business owner only
• We do not store payment card data (all payments are cash or bank transfer)
